Lightweight spackle is the cheap, flexible seam filler foam armor actually wants. Work it into the joint with a finger, wipe the excess, let it dry, sand flush. It stays slightly flexible, so it does not crack out the first time the piece bends. See the full Cosplay & Prop Making guide →
Description
Pink upon application, turns white when dry indicating that the patched surface is ready to be sanded and painted. Unique patent pending color indicator verifies when patched surface is dry. This helps avoid premature sanding, painting, or re-application. Interior/exterior use, ready-to-use, resists cracking and shrinking, and sands easily. No priming required. Spackling goes on pink and dries white.
