Frequently Asked Questions
C Series or Eagle One?
Both are heli-arc welded 304 stainless with 25,000 BTU lifetime-warranty burners and the 5-Part Grilling System. The C Series comes in 30", 36", 42" and 54" with the rotisserie and sear zone optional (G / R / RS). The Eagle One (42" or 54") includes rotisserie and sear zone and adds 1/2" chef-grade hex grates, black-glass infrared rotisserie burner, TempTrack LEDs, elevated control illumination and an insulated cool-touch control panel.
What does the pellet grill do that a gas grill doesn't?
Wood-fired flavor with set-and-forget control: 140–725°F from a weatherproof touchscreen or the WiFi app, onboard probes, three cooking modes with the included vaporizer plate, sear plate and charcoal tray, and an optional 100 lb chain-driven rotisserie.
Propane or natural gas?
Choose at checkout — every Twin Eagles grill and burner is built for either LP or NG. Factory conversion kits are available if you ever change fuels.
Do I need an insulating jacket?
Yes when building a grill, teppanyaki or power burner into an island framed with combustible material. Masonry or steel-stud islands do not require one. Jackets are sized per appliance.
How is a Twin Eagles grill shipped?
Grill heads ship crated by freight, curbside, free in the contiguous U.S.; smaller items ship by parcel. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and coordinating with your builder.
Do you sell Twin Eagles replacement parts?
Yes — U-burners, briquette trays, hex grates, igniters, valves, lights, wire harnesses, thermometers, regulators, gas-heater parts and more are listed in the Replacement Parts section at the bottom of this page at Palm Coast list pricing. Stocked parts ship in a few days by parcel (free on parts orders over $99); special-order parts take 2-4 weeks. Not sure which part fits? Call us with your grill model and serial number.
What is the warranty?
Lifetime on the 304 stainless burners; the grill carries a 1-year full and 2-year limited warranty (Twin Eagles periodically runs complimentary extended-warranty promotions — ask us). Refrigeration is 2 years parts & labor and 5 years on the sealed system.
