Family Hardware Rewards text message program

These SMS Terms describe the Family Hardware Rewards text message program operated by Family Hardware Corporation ("Family Hardware", "we", "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program
Family Hardware Rewards is our free in-store rewards program. If you are not already a member and you enter your mobile number at checkout on the card reader, we may send you one text inviting you to join. You can also give us your mobile number when you sign up at familyhardware.com/rewards.
Message frequency
Message frequency: one signup invite per purchase, at most occasional messages after that (for example a welcome or a rewards-program notice). This program does not send recurring marketing blasts.
Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will not send you further Family Hardware Rewards texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. We use them to run Family Hardware Rewards — the signup invite and occasional program messages — and to respond when you ask for help. Carriers and the platform that delivers the messages process them only to send those messages. See our Privacy Policy for the rest of how we handle personal information.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can shop with us, and you can join Family Hardware Rewards, without agreeing to texts.
