Frequently Asked Questions
Which Delta Heat grill size should I choose?
The 26" (two burners) fits small islands and the pedestal base; the 32" (three burners) is the most popular size for a family; the 38" (four burners) is the entertainer's grill. All three share the same 304 stainless construction, U-burners and lifetime warranty — pick the model (G, R with rotisserie, RS with rotisserie and sear zone) after the size.
What is the difference between the G, R and RS models?
G is the standard grill. R adds an infrared rear rotisserie burner with a concealed rotisserie motor. RS adds the rotisserie plus a left-side infrared sear zone for steakhouse crusts. Rotisserie and sear-zone kits can also be added later to D-model grills.
Do I need an insulating jacket?
Yes if you are building the grill, teppanyaki or power burner into an island made of combustible material (wood framing). Masonry or steel-frame islands do not need one. Jackets are sized to each appliance.
Propane or natural gas?
Choose at checkout — every Delta Heat grill and burner is built for either LP or NG. Factory conversion kits are available if you ever change fuels.
How is a Delta Heat grill shipped?
Grill heads ship crated by freight, curbside, free in the contiguous U.S.; smaller items ship by parcel. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and installation with your builder.
Do you sell Delta Heat replacement parts?
Yes — burners, briquette trays, igniters, valves, knobs, lights, wire harnesses, regulators, grates and more are listed in the Replacement Parts section at the bottom of this page at Palm Coast list pricing. What is the Delta Heat warranty?
Lifetime on main burners and housing, 15 years on stainless grates, 5 years on briquette trays and gas valves, 2 years on other components, with full parts-and-labor coverage the first year. Dometic refrigeration carries 2 years parts & labor and 5 years on the sealed system.
