Frequently Asked Questions
What is Auto Restock?
Auto Restock is Family Hardware's automatic reordering program. Subscribe to the supplies you use regularly and we'll deliver them on your schedule with 5% off every order — no reordering, no running out.
How often can I get deliveries?
You pick the exact cadence — any number of weeks or months (1-4 weeks or 1-6 months), from weekly deliveries to twice a year. Change the schedule anytime from your account.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes — pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account. There are no cancellation fees.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when each delivery is processed, at the discounted price shown when you subscribed. We email you before each renewal.
Which products are eligible?
Eligible products show a "Auto Restock & Save" option on their product page — mostly the supplies businesses and homeowners reorder: cleaners, fluids, filters, fasteners, and other shop consumables.
