Do Coastal Collection islands require assembly?
No. Every Coastal island ships fully assembled — cabinets, countertop and hardware complete — ready for your grill to be installed the day it arrives.
What grills fit in a Coastal Collection island?
The gas grill bases accommodate most 32-inch or smaller gas grills (30.75-inch or less cutout width). The kamado ceramic bases can be built to fit the Large and Extra Large Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe Classic I and II, Primo Kamado and 300, and the Large Grill Dome. After you order, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm the exact grill model and size going into your island — it does not enter production until that is confirmed.
Can Coastal islands run on propane or natural gas?
Both. Every grill island ships with the same tank floor plate under the grill regardless of fuel — run a 20 lb LP tank, or have your installer bring in natural gas. There is nothing to choose at order time.
Do any models include a sink?
Yes. Several layouts include a standard 15-inch drop-in stainless steel bar sink with faucet, and an on-demand water system is available as an option for installs without plumbing.
How do Coastal islands hold up to salt air?
They are engineered for it. All-aluminum, powder-coated construction will not rust, warp or rot, and cabinets are weather-sealed (except the vented gas grill base) to keep storage dry in coastal climates.
How does shipping work for Coastal islands?
Every Coastal island ships free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Islands are built to order in Indiana (allow 5-7 weeks), then delivered fully assembled with the countertop installed via curbside freight - no assembly required.
What sizes do Coastal islands come in?
Eighteen layouts range from a 64-inch kamado island through the 79-inch Large Edition for grills up to 42 inches and 93-inch islands with grill, refrigerator opening, sink and storage combinations. Configure and order yours online, or call 239-443-4360.
