What is new in the 2026 Napoleon Prestige EVO Series?
The 2026 Prestige is built around the Connected platform. The Prestige 665 and 500 Connected RSIB add Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® monitoring, an LCD display, and included temperature probes. The lineup also includes the Phantom matte black Prestige 500 Connected, a limited 50th Anniversary Edition with a Heritage Blue lid, and non-connected 665 and 500 RSIB models.

What is the difference between the Prestige 500 Connected and the Prestige 500 RSIB?
They share four main burners, an infrared rear rotisserie burner, and a large infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner. The Connected model adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® with an LCD display and included probes, so you can watch a cook from your phone. The standard RSIB is the same grill without the electronics.
What warranty comes with a Napoleon Prestige grill?
Napoleon backs Prestige Series grills with its Lifetime Limited Warranty. As an authorized dealer, Family Hardware handles genuine Napoleon parts and local warranty support from our Cape Coral and Fort Myers stores.
Can Family Hardware ship a Prestige grill outside Florida?
Yes. We ship Napoleon grills nationwide on most models, in addition to local Southwest Florida delivery.
How do Napoleon grills hold up to salt air in Cape Coral and Fort Myers?
Napoleon builds its grills with stainless steel, which handles coastal humidity better than painted steel, but no grill is immune to salt air. Along the Caloosahatchee, the Gulf and the canals of Lee County, rinse the exterior with fresh water and wipe it with a soft cloth every few weeks, keep a fitted cover on the grill when it is not in use, and clean grease and ash out of the firebox. That routine keeps surface rust and tarnish from taking hold. Battery-free JETFIRE™ ignition also keeps lighting reliably in humid air.
Is assembly and delivery included when I buy a Napoleon grill in Southwest Florida?
Yes. Napoleon grills from Family Hardware include free assembly and delivery in Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Fort Myers and the rest of Lee County, and free shipping to the continental U.S. Outdoor kitchen cabinets, built-in installation and other accessories can be handled differently, so call us to confirm delivery details: Cape Coral 239-542-6365, Fort Myers 239-933-1744.
Should I buy natural gas or propane in Lee County?
Natural gas is only an option where gas service reaches your address and a gas line can be run to the grill location, and not every neighborhood in Cape Coral, Fort Myers or Lee County has it. Propane works anywhere: a tank under the grill (or a slide-out tank kit in an outdoor kitchen) and you are cooking, and you can swap or refill cylinders at our stores. Most Napoleon models are sold in both versions as separate SKUs, so pick the fuel before you order. If you are not sure what your home has, call either store before you buy.
How should I protect my Napoleon grill during hurricane season?
Before a storm, turn off the gas at the tank or valve, disconnect propane cylinders and store them upright outdoors in a ventilated spot, never in a garage or indoors. Move freestanding carts to a sheltered area or secure them so they cannot become projectiles, and remove or tie down the cover. Built-in grills in an outdoor kitchen should be covered and shut off at the gas valve. After the storm, check hoses and burners for debris, insects and water before you light the grill.
